Kansas Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. is a locally owned commercial real estate company specializing in commercial property sales and leasing, property/facility management, broker opinion of value to name a few. The company was formed in 1996 with the merger of Phil Morse and Ken Schmanke. Phil has since retired leaving a legacy in the commercial real estate community. Ken has moved on to his next venture.

Kansas Commercial is equally owned by Mike Morse, Mark Rezac, and Ed Eller. Each partner possesses unique expertise and brings years of commercial real estate experience to the company. Jeff Muller leads our property and asset management division, oversees our financial services and several key brokerage accounts. Mike Morse, Mark Rezac, and Ed Eller are dedicated to providing outstanding brokerage and consulting services.
